Blackpool Council - Plymouth Rd Bridge Deck Replacement Project

Raydar Safety Ltd are proud to announce that they will be delivering Construction Safety & CDM support for Blackpool Council during the £6.2M Plymouth Rd Bridge Deck Replacement Project with Wilde Consulting Engineers, Story Contracting and Network Rail

Blackpool Council have been a client since 2010 where we have provided Construction Health & Safety support in the form of turnkey and bespoke Training & Awareness for their highways and tramway engineers; Construction Phase Plans, providing Risk Assessments and RA review plus Safe Systems of Work and from 2016, Construction Safety Consultancy & CDM Principal Designer support and advice; incorporating Site Safety Inspections.

Raydar Safety Ltd worked with Blackpool Council and George Cox on Project 30 and the Tower Headlands Scheme for which we received the following endorsement….

“I would like to send my thanks to all the people involved with this project; Latif for arranging the Traffic Management and associated works, Raydar Safety Ltd for maintaining the Health, Safety and Welfare on site and achieving zero accidents/near misses over the 32 week duration of this project whilst maintaining site safety to the highest standards.

Last but by no means least a big thank you to George Cox and Sons for delivering this project. It is safe to say that the efforts put in from Cox’s management and employees is what has made this project possible and feasible given the tight timescales and works going on around the tower, tramway, festival headlands and the wedding chapel; it is a real credit to the company and its employees that the scheme is open on time, on budget and the workmanship is of the highest standard.”

I look forward to working with you all in the future.
