Managing Director

Duncan Arthur Ray - Managing Director

Over 37 years in the workplace brings knowledge and experience that cannot be bought but can certainly be imparted, assisting in resolving often complex and technical issues at the coalface for clients, supporting them, advising them and guiding them through the minefield of legislation and best practice standards.  Combine that knowledge and experience with skilful application and academic achievement and you have available to you an individual who understands and appreciates business, commerce, law and the very fine line between success and failure.

I take a pragmatic approach to health and safety in the workplace and understand commercial sensitivity as well as proportionate action without blurring the line of distinction between right and wrong; as the law knows no latitude. While always knowing my limits and when to bring in specialist advice to assist me, I continue to provide a first class service on projects of any size and scale, confident in a positive outcome.
